Notification without undue delay with: nature, data and person categories, consequences, measures taken, contact point.
List: IONOS, Paddle. Contractual protection obligations imposed. Changes communicated.
GDPR mechanisms: adequacy decision, EU-US DPF, Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data: identity, contact, account, technical data. Subjects: Client's users, customers, prospects, employees. Reasonable audit possible. Deletion at contract end. Liability per main contract.
