Sign up with your email and choose the plan that fits your needs. You can manage multiple properties and employees depending on your subscription.
Enter the name and address of your property. Add a photo and template files (reference photos) that will be automatically copied to each new space.
For each booking, create a space with check-in/check-out dates and the tenant's details. An email with the access link is sent automatically.
iCal Sync
Connect your Airbnb, Booking, Abritel or Google Calendar. Spaces are automatically created from your reservations and synced every 6 hours. Cancelled reservations are automatically removed.
Record a live video or upload photos of the property. Check the fridge, barbecue, and wardrobes together. The tenant has 6 hours after the first file is added to report issues.
The tenant arrives alone. They have 6 hours after the first file is added to photograph/video the property condition and report any issues.
Create a comprehensive interactive guide for your tenants. Content can be entered in 3 languages (FR/EN/ES).

Manage inventory for each property by zones (living room, kitchen, bedrooms...). Add articles with fixed or modular quantities based on guest count. Quantities are adjustable for each space.
Sign the inspection report freehand directly on screen. The owner signs from the space, the tenant via a dedicated link. Both signatures are embedded in the final PDF.
Upload multiple files at once (photos, videos, documents). Video recording offers 3 modes: wide angle, normal and front camera, with the ability to switch cameras while recording. iOS/Safari compatible with built-in video player.
Generate a QR code for each space from the space page. The tenant can scan the code to directly access their space. Downloadable as PNG or printable.
Add employees to your account with custom permissions. They can manage properties, spaces, guides and inventories based on the rights you grant them.
A reminder email is automatically sent to the tenant 1 day before checkout. The full inspection report (files, remarks, signatures) can be exported as PDF at any time.
Report everything: damaged items, dirt, dust, etc. Every remark, positive or negative, must be reported and documented with photos/videos.
