Simple and quick usage

1.Create an account

Sign up and choose the plan that suits you.

2.Add a property

Enter the name and address of your rental property, then add a photo.

3.Create a rental space

For each booking, enter the start date and time, along with the tenant's name and email.

4.Two check-in options

A. In-person check-in

Quick inspection: You can record a live video or upload photos of the property to show its condition.

Tip: With the client, check the fridge, barbecue, and wardrobes to avoid misunderstandings. Ask them if they agree everything is clean and in good condition.

Note: The client has 6 hours to add photos or videos if they notice an issue.

B. Self check-in

The client arrives without you. They have 6 hours after the first file is added to the space to report issues with videos or photos.

5.Arrival Guide

Create an interactive guide for your tenant with all useful info: WiFi, contacts, rules, parking, shops, transport, etc. The guide is accessible via a link and downloadable as PDF. You can enter content in 3 languages (FR/EN/ES).

6.Inventory

Manage inventory for each property by zones (living room, kitchen, bedrooms...). Add articles with fixed or modular quantities based on guest count. Employees with permission can also modify the inventory.

7.Electronic Signatures

Sign the inspection report directly on screen (freehand drawing). The owner signs before PDF export. The tenant signs via a dedicated link. Both signatures are embedded in the final PDF.

8.Reminders & PDF Export

A reminder email is automatically sent to the tenant 1 day before checkout. The full inspection report (files, remarks, signatures) can be exported as PDF at any time.

What to report

Report everything: damaged items, dirt, dust, etc. Every remark, whether positive or negative, must be reported and approved in the application's videos.
