Payments for DwellingVerify may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Cancellation prevents renewal. Unless otherwise required, cancellation does not automatically entitle to a refund for the current period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
The free trial does not constitute a waiver of consumer legal rights, including the right of withdrawal.
In France, the legal period is 14 days. For distance contracts, a free withdrawal feature is available (French provisions since June 19, 2026).
A refund may be issued for: payment error, double billing, right of withdrawal, substantial Service defect, exceptional commercial decision.
When a partial refund is appropriate, its amount is determined by circumstances.
