The website, database and files (photos, videos, documents) are hosted by Emergent.

Phone notifications are sent via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). The mobile app registers a device-specific notification identifier. This identifier is automatically deleted upon logout or account deletion.

The application uses the device camera and microphone solely for taking photos and recording videos as part of property inspections. These features are only activated at the user's initiative.

Users can delete their account at any time from the Settings page in the application, or via the page https://dwellingverify.com/delete-account. Upon deletion request: the subscription is stopped immediately (no further billing), the account enters read-only mode for 14 days (during which the user can cancel the deletion), then the account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
