DwellingVerify collects the following data during platform use:
Collected data is used exclusively to: provide and improve the service, manage user accounts, process payments, send service-related notifications (transactional emails), and ensure platform security.
Inspection files (photos, videos) are temporarily retained and automatically deleted 7 days after the inspection space end date (or 30 days if retention is extended). User accounts and associated data are retained as long as the account is active. Tenant (U2) accounts are automatically deleted when all their inspection spaces have expired.
DwellingVerify does not sell, rent or share any personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with: our technical service providers (hosting, payment), competent authorities in case of legal obligation.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures: password encryption (bcrypt), HTTPS communications, time-limited JWT tokens, and secure file storage.
