Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the DwellingVerify platform, an online property inspection service enabling the creation, management and archiving of inspection reports.

2. Definitions

• "Owner" (U1): Registered user who creates and manages properties and inspection spaces.
• "Tenant" (U2): Person invited to participate in an inspection via a secure link, without needing to create an account.
• "Space": Inspection session associated with a property, with start and end dates.

3. Registration and accounts

Registration is open to any individual or legal entity. Users commit to providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. DwellingVerify reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms.

4. Services and subscriptions

DwellingVerify offers paid subscription plans based on the number of managed properties. A 7-day free trial is available. Payments are processed via Stripe and/or PayPal. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless previously cancelled.

5. Data storage and deletion

Files (photos, videos) are temporarily stored and automatically deleted 7 days after the space end date, or 30 days if retention has been extended. Remarks associated with files are immutable and cannot be modified or deleted after submission.

Videos and photos remain stored and protected on our servers for the retention period. DwellingVerify cannot be held responsible in the event of file download by an authorized user and any subsequent use thereof. Users are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of their access links.

6. Liability

DwellingVerify provides a technical tool and cannot be held responsible for content uploaded by users, nor for the accuracy of inspections carried out through the platform. Users are solely responsible for the truthfulness of information and files they submit.
